The Virtual Ultrasound Director enables us to work directly with clinicians, via the web, to offer quality assurance, risk reduction, support your credentialing program, provide ongoing education, and mentor your director-in-training.
Expert image peer review
Our expert board certified, fellowship trained faculty review your studies and provide the essential feedback needed to improve your skills and ultrasound knowledge. This decreases the time it takes for physicians to become credentialed in ultrasound. As co-authors of the ACEP and SCCM credentialing guidelines, we confirm if your studies meets ACEP or SCCM credentialing criteria to assure you can get your credentialed status.
Live monthly webinars
We provide monthly live interactive voice-over IP webinars. Your assigned expert director will review your studies from the last month, key components of using your equipment, review protocols and key pathology. Each webinar is recorded and is available for viewing for 12 months online.
Mentoring your Director
We realize that there are many talented people in your group. We’ll help mentor your designated onsite ultrasound director so that when our services are no longer needed, they will have the insight and understanding to manage your clinical ultrasound program.

Focused training
Our courses are based on over a decade of ultrasound education experience. Each course includes practical didactic lectures with real-time video of normal anatomy and pathology followed by extensive hands-on scanning with live participants and synthetic models. We focus on the clinical facts, ultrasound protocols, pathology and examples of our past pitfalls to aid in you success. Learn critical pearls, avoid pitfalls, and view real world videos of clinical ultrasound cases. Your group will benefit from our collective experience through our 1-day or 2-day course formats.

As pioneers in emergency ultrasound since 1998, we have developed, published and perfected every application we offer. Our faculty are the authors and co-authors on nearly every guideline for point-of-care ultrasound.

Our training exceeds national guidelines
Our ultrasound courses not only meet, but exceed national ultrasound guidelines such as those set by the American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP) and the Society for Critical Care Medicine (SCCM). All courses are provided PRA AMA Category 1 CME.
